Student Success Center Resources

UK's Student Success Center has compiled a one-stop resource page to help students find assistance in an array of areas, including several in the mental and wellness category.

Center for Support and Intervention

The Center for Support and Intervention (CSI) promotes student well-being and success by providing holistic and collaborative support to students, through assessment of needs, identifying barriers to access, and connection to campus and community resources.

TRACS

TRACS is a physical and virtual one-stop hub where students can come for a referral to supportive services (housing, rent, utilities, food) or receive direct clinical support for a range of mental health needs and crises.

Mental Health Checkup

Use this easy tool to check-in on your mental health and well-being. Learn helpful tips to help yourself and those around you, such as what to do if you are struggling with basic needs, are impacted by bias or discrimination, are going through a challenging time, and more.

Relaxation Room

Learn about our Relaxation Room right here in the College of Nursing building room 634! This space offers a massage chair, yoga equipment and mindful coloring supplies.

Daily Affirmation

Read a daily affirmation to start your day!
