Since opening the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Program in 1970, the College has proven itself a leader in quality graduate education. Its legacy continued with the opening of the first research-focused PhD Program in Kentucky in 1987 and the first practice-focused DNP Program in the world in 2001. There have been approximately 1500 MSN, 100 PhD and 50 DNP graduates from our graduate programs.

Master of Science in Nursing

Our MSN in Healthcare Systems Leadership program is a 100% online degree program that builds on the student’s current knowledge and expertise. 

Doctor of Nursing Practice

Our DNP program will provide expertise in in designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating health care delivery systems and prepare you to lead at the highest clinical and executive ranks.

PhD in Nursing

The College of Nursing PhD program prepares students to conduct clinical research that generates new knowledge applicable to nursing practice and to assume roles in a variety of research settings.
