Destiny Cozart, MPH

Program Coordinator 

A Kentucky native , hoops and horse girl at heart, Destiny graduated with a bachelor's in health science and business from Missouri Southern State University (May 2016). She also graduated from the University of Kentucky with a master's in public health and concentration in health management & policy (May 2024). She assists in the research of a community-based diabetes prevention program , program coordinator for community health worker institute and a community fridge initiative with Community Health Advocacy iNterventions Generating Equity (CHANGE). She has a passion to positively impact health outcomes for underserved populations and display a model of servant leadership within processes.
