Hadassah Wardle, MSN, RN, PMH-BC

Hadassah Wardle has been a simulation lecturer and faculty member in the College of Nursing since November 2025. She graduated from Lipscomb University in spring 2019 with a BSN and BS in Psychology. In spring 2025, she graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an MSN in Healthcare Leadership and Administration. Most of her career has been in psychiatric nursing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She also has both formal and informal nursing leadership experience including chairing the enterprise wide Nursing Wellness Committee at VUMC, founding and mobilizing the Community Outreach Program at VUMC, and nurse management for a school based clinic program at HealthFirst Bluegrass. She is passionate about nurse and student wellness initiatives, community involvement and volunteering, and leading a weekly small group with the middle schoolers at her church.
