Lori Fugate, DNP, APRN, FP-C, WHNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Lori Fugate received her ADN degree from Lexington Community College in 1996, and her BSN degree from the University of Kentucky in 2006. In 2008, she received her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner and in a shared program with the University of Louisville received her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certification. She then received her DNP at Saint Louis University in 2016. She worked at the Albert B Chandler Hospital from 1996-2006 in the Birthing Center. From 2006-2008 she was the child birth education coordinator at the Albert B. Chandler Hospital. She has worked as a Family and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from 2006-present. Dr. Fugate currently is practicing at the UK Wilmore Clinic and will be an instructor in the undergraduate nursing program.
