Faculty and Staff Celebrate Achievements at 1st Annual UK College of Nursing Celebration of Success
On May 1, 2025, the University of Kentucky College of Nursing Faculty and Staff attended the first annual Celebration of Success, where they participated in team and community building activities, and received recognition for their work to support students throughout the 2024-2025 academic year.
The celebration was held at Spy Coast Farm's Equine Education Center in Lexington. Attendees were able to tour the facility and meet some of the horses being raised and trained there.
There were 18 outstanding individuals recognized for their exceptional contributions to nursing education, research, clinical practice and service. Several new award categories were introduced this year, expanding the highest recognition of excellence within the College.
