Dr. Beth A Meade, DNP, MSN, RN
Lecturer
Beth Meade is a Lecturer in Simulation at the University of Kentucky College of Nursing. She brings more than 25 years of experience as a nurse educator and clinician, including service as a registered nurse in the United States Air Force. Her background includes obstetrics, medical-surgical nursing, critical care, and simulation-based education, with teaching experience across practical nursing, associate degree, baccalaureate, and graduate nursing programs.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Kentucky University, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Kentucky. Beth enjoys collaborating with faculty, staff, and students and looks forward to supporting the College’s simulation initiatives.
