The University of Kentucky College of Nursing's Office of Professional Development is an accredited organization that offers several continuing education and training courses for nurses in the commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as training for those who want to become State Registered Nurse Aides. The office's goal is to bridge nursing knowledge gaps, provide high quality offerings to enhance nursing practice, and promote best practices to optimize patient care.

American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation
The University of Kentucky College of Nursing is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education and professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC COA).
Kentucky Board of Nursing
The Kentucky Board of Nursing (KBN) approves the University of Kentucky College of Nursing as a provider. The University of Kentucky does not endorse commercial products. In order to receive credit, participants complete the CNE activity and relevant post-test and evaluation form online. Certificates may be printed once the activity is completed.
