The College of Nursing was proud to celebrate the class of May 2018's 100% NCLEX pass rate on Friday, February 1. 

In 2018, the national pass rate was only 88.29 percent. The National Council of State Boards of Nursing Annual Report for 2018 concluded that the average minutes to take the NCLEX throughout the country was 127, while the average at UK was 95. The average number of questions to take the NCLEX throughout the country was 110, while the average at UK was 80.

"We accomplished this kind of success because of our dedicated faculty and staff as well as our outstanding students who achieve at the highest level," says Janie Heath, PhD, APRN-BC, FAAN, FNAP, FAANP, dean and Warwick Professor of Nursing.
