Current Scholars
Travel restrictions imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic prevented visiting scholars during the 2020-2021 academic year. We are working on documentation to bring two scholars to the College in 2022..
Our previous scholars have included:
- In 2019, the College and Dr. Chizimuzo (Zim) Okoli hosted Ms. Lin Li, Instructor at Hubei University of Chinese Medicine School of Nursing, for six months.
- In 2018, the College and Dr. Chizimuzo (Zim) Okoli hosted Ms. Jialin Wang, Professor at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine School of Nursing, China for one year, and Dr. Huijuan He, Director of Fundamental Nursing at the Hubei traditional Chinese Medicine University, China, for six months.
- In 2018, the College and Dr. Misook Chung hosted Dr. Suk Jeon Lee, PhD, RN, Profssor at Chung-Ang University, Korea. She was a visiting scholar from August 2018 to January 2019. Dr. Joak Kim, Assistant Professor at Wonkwang Health Science University, Republic of Korea, was here for one month, working with Dr. Misook Chung.
- In 2017, the College and Dr. Misook Chung hosted Dr.Maria Liljeroos, PhD, RN, from Linköping University in Sweden. Dr. Liljeroos was here to collaborate on research focused on patient-caregiver dyads in cardiovascular disease and to develop manuscripts.
