This Nursing Practice Seminar/Internship is designed to enhance a student’s clinical experience and knowledge. Students will study major nursing concepts in-depth as well as the roles of the professional nurse, and then apply that knowledge to their clinical practice experiences.

- Internship Type: Experiential-Learning
- Students will study and complete practice-related projects of interest.
- The Nurse Practice Internship can count as a cognate credit when taken for three semesters and all three credits are completed.
- To be recognized as a Practice Intern at Pinning (Nursing Graduation):
- Successful completion of 3 semesters of course requirements
- Successful completion of experiential learning hours
- Successful completion of a Practice Project
- Applications are selected through area of interest, supplemental questions and a written “Letter of Interest.”
