Nominate a Nurse for an Award

The College of Nursing Alumni Association is requesting nominations for two awards to be presented this fall. The first award, First Decade Award, is for the person who holds an undergraduate or graduate degree from the college and is working in nursing, who has been in practice for ten years or fewer prior to the annual alumni meeting in October, and has laid the foundation for an exemplary career in nursing.

 

The second award, the Outstanding Alumnus Award,”  is presented to the individual who holds an undergraduate or graduate degree from the UK CON, who exemplifies a commitment to support the College as well as an outstanding career in nursing.

 

We invite self-nominations and nominations from others on behalf of another nurse. Nominations are due by Friday, July 31, 2015. The awards will be presented during our annual Homecoming Brunch and CON Alumni Association meeting at Copper Roux on Fri., Oct. 2, 2015.
