Faculty and Staff Participate in Annual Retreat4Ward to Update Strategic Goals
On August 15, 2018, College of Nursing faculty and staff participated in the annual Retreat4Ward to update the College's strategic goals using the Appreciative Inquiry and SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) methods.
Participants broke into small groups to discuss several goals for our strategic plan, including work-life balance as well as scholarship, research and practice among faculty and students.
