Scholarship Brunch 2017
Students, families, members of the College and scholarship donors gathered on Saturday, September 9 at the Hyatt Regency for the College of Nursing's annual Scholarship Brunch to celebrate the academic successes of and scholarships for several undergraduate and graduate students.
One such student, Heather R. Hollingsworth, received the Sally G. Siebert Scholarship for Nurse Practitioner Students.
"I plan on making a difference in the world and your generosity is helping me making that a reality," she says.
Paige E. Bjork, an undergraduate nursing student, was awarded the UKMC Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship.
"Scholarships are the reason I am able to attend UK, so my appreciation toward our donors is tremendous."
